Ordered to the wrong address? Email us right away with your order number and the correct address. We're not able to locate or update your order without both, and the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships.

Is your question about when items will be restocked? Restock timelines are unpredictable, and we're not able to provide them over email. Sign up for restock alerts to be notified as soon as an item becomes available.

Is your question about shipping times or delivery estimates? No need to email us. The most accurate delivery estimate for your order is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Use the dropdown on the checkout screen to select between free USPS ground shipping and paid expedited options like UPS Next Day Air.

Do you make one-off or custom mods? We don't currently offer custom dials, one-off pieces, case size changes, or movement changes. Our shop is at capacity, and custom requests are outside what we're able to take on right now.
