Warranty Policy
For damage and/or issues with your watch, we provide warranty support for each watch we sell for 1-year from the purchase date of the watch.
Prior to sending the watch back to us for any defect, you agree to work with us to help troubleshoot the issue while the watch is still in your hands. We have found that around 95% of defect claims can be resolved through basic troubleshooting over email, with only 5% of claims requiring a watch to be sent in for service.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the misuse of the movement, including but not limited to damage caused by dropping the watch, banging the watch, or any other improper use of the movement (including but not limited to setting the date at incorrect hours and damaging the date mechanism).
- This warranty does not cover water and/or liquid related damage to the watch. We test our watches to 3 bars/30m of water resistance using stationary pressure testing. 3 bars of resistance in such stationary tests is generally accepted as safe for light splashes, rain, and hand washing, but not safe for swimming. For that reason, we do not advise swimming with our watches or exposing them to any water in any way.
- There are no exceptions to this exclusion. If you swim with your watch or expose it to water in any way, and water enters the case and/or damages any internal components of the watch, your warranty will be denied.
- Under no circumstances will you be eligible for a refund due to water damage to your watch.
- This warranty does not extend to issues with the timekeeping of the watch, unless it deviates by a significant amount per day. We regulate our watches to 10s/d on the bench, however, with real world usage, losing a few minutes per day is not abnormal for an automatic watch.
- This 1-year warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to cosmetic damage that which results from wear and tear.
