Orders placed before 12pm ET are shipped out the next business day.

We offer several shipping options in the United States. All packages are sent from zip code 02145. Below is a summary of options from USPS. We also offer UPS shipping.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but has not been received, please contact us via email.

Per our policy, we do not refund customers for missing packages, however, we will send a replacement package once an insurance claim is completed.

If you purchase from our website, you agree to assist in all insurance claims, including submitting an affidavit to our insurance carrier which affirms that you did not receive the package.

Late deliveries

Please be aware that all delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates, and are in no way guaranteed. We will make our best effort to hand your package off to your selected courier within 24 hours of your order.

In the event that your chosen courier fails to pick up your package in a timely manner, or there are courier delays in transit for your package, we are unable to provide any compensation or refund your shipping fees. Please contact your chosen courier when these issues arise.

Custom-builds and pre-orders

For custom-builds and pre-orders, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the expected availability of parts to build your watch.

This expected availability is subject to change, and may be impacted by shipping delays that our outside of our control. Shipping delays are rare, but they do happen. So please exercise patience. We want you to have your watch just as much as you do!
